Usage note
Rheumatoid/Osteoarthritis: 250 mg twice daily. Pain/Dysmenorrhea/Tendonitis/Bursitis: Start 500 mg, then 500 mg every 12 hours or 250 mg every 6–8 hours. Max 1250 mg initially, then 1000 mg/day. Gout: 750 mg initially, then 250 mg every 8 hours.
